At Unlocker, LLC, we aim to provide a seamless and trustworthy experience for both creators and subscribers. However, we understand situations may arise where a refund is requested.

Are refunds guaranteed?

No, refunds are not guaranteed. Unlocker is a platform where creators (also referred to as "experts") offer digital content on a subscription basis. Due to the nature of digital content delivery, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Who handles refunds?

Refunds are managed directly by Unlocker, LLC, which operates the platform and processes payments via Stripe. You did not subscribe to or pay the creator you subscribed to when reviewing your case, the final decision on refunds rests solely with Unlocker, LLC.

Unlocker does not automatically issue refunds on behalf of creators unless:

  • There is a technical error (e.g., double billing)
  • Content was never delivered after payment
  • Fraud or policy violations are proven

When you may be eligible for a refund?

  • You were charged more than once for the same plan.
  • You did not receive any content after subscribing.
  • You were charged after cancellation, due to system error.
  • You subscribed to a creator who violated Unlocker`'s content policy.
  • Any refunds provided will be limited to the original transaction amount.

Each case is reviewed individually by our support team.

When refunds will not be issued?

  • You changed your mind after subscribing.
  • You forgot to cancel before a recurring plan.
  • You didn`'t agree with the creator`'s content or picks.
  • You missed a notification or delivery (e.g., SMS/email issues).
  • You used or accessed paid content during the subscription period.

How to request a refund?

  • Your account email
  • Subscription details (creator name and plan)
  • Date of transaction
  • Reason for your request
  • We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Payment disputes

  • If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, your Unlocker account may be suspended until the issue is resolved. Please reach out to us first — we`'re here to help.
  • Stripe and your payment provider may impose additional fees for chargebacks, which may be passed on to you.

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.

Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in DE, Newark, USA.
