Welcome to Unlocker

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unlocker platform, including our website, tools, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using Unlocker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Who we are

Unlocker is a platform that allows independent creators to publish paid or free content (such as sports-related insights), and enables subscribers to follow and access such content across preferred channels (e.g., email, SMS, Telegram, Discord).

Unlocker is operated by Unlocker, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal business address at 1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015, Newark, DE 19711, USA.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Unlocker. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

User roles

  • Creators (Experts):
    • Set subscription pricing and plans
    • Publish content for subscribers
    • Receive payouts via integrated payment partners (e.g., Stripe)
    • Manage followers and notifications
    • Handle refund requests where applicable
  • Subscribers (Followers):
    • Follow creators and access content
    • Subscribe to paid or free plans
    • Choose how content is delivered (email, SMS, etc.)
    • Cancel subscriptions at any time

Content guidelines

  • All content must comply with local and international laws.
  • No nudity, hate speech, violent threats, illegal activity, or false claims are allowed.
  • Unlocker may remove or restrict content that violates these terms.

Unlocker is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of content shared by creators.

Payments and Refunds

  • Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe Payments, a third-party provider. Subscribers does not store full payment details.
  • Creators are responsible for setting prices and managing their own content.
  • Platform fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed to creators and subscribers.
  • Refunds are at the discretion of the creator, governed and may only be provided at the sole discretion of the creator.
  • Unlocker may, at its discretion, operate its own payment processing service or use third-party profiles are billed directly by Unlocker, LLC.

Platform Fees

Unlocker may apply a platform fee to creator payouts in order to cover operational, delivery, and infrastructure costs. This fee will be disclosed to creators and may vary based on user volume, plan type, fees, which will be disclosed to creators and subscribers at checkout.

Payouts to Creators

  • Payouts are processed via Stripe Payments. Unlocker may deduct a platform commission fee, which will be transparently communicated in advance.
  • Unlocker is not liable for delays caused by external payment providers.
  • Pricing and Platform Adjustments:
    • Creators set their own subscription pricing
    • Unlocker may increase the final amount shown to subscribers by adding platform fees
    • The amount set by the creator is never reduced
    • Unlocker`'s platform fees are added on top of the creator-set price and do not affect the creator`'s payout

Account termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if:
    • You violate these Terms or any applicable law
    • You engage in fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct
    • We are required to do so by law or payment providers
  • You may request to delete your account at any time by contacting: support@unlocker.club

Platform availability

Unlocker does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or subscribers due to outages
  • Delayed delivery of content via third-party services

Intellectual property

All content you post remains yours. By publishing on Unlocker, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute it to your subscribers for platform purposes only. Unlocker`'s branding, software, and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlocker and its operator are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Subscriber dissatisfaction or lost income
  • Payment processing issues caused by third parties

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notices. Continued use of Unlocker constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware. If you are outside of Delaware, you may also be subject to local consumer protection laws.
